Counselor Mentz is a licensed attorney in the United States, admitted to practice law in

institutions. Professor Mentz developed the first three graduate wealth management courses to be reviewed
and recognized by the American Bar Association (ABA) for graduate legal education.
Mentz is the first person in the United States to simultaneously earn qualifications as a
licensed attorney (JD), MBA graduate, Doctor of Jurisprudence, Chartered Management Consultant, Certified
